3d text effect in photoshop

Photoshop tutorial 3D text effect.

1. Create a new document 500X300 “Layer1″.

2. Fill the layer 1 background, i m using a white background.

3. Select the text tool and change the font color to black and style to Arial Black and type 3D.

4. By now i m sure you have complete the step 3, increase the size of the font, you can either choose the “set the font size” or by pressing CTRL+T.

5.Now lets convert the text to symbol, please follow the step LAYER>TYPE>CONVERT TO SHAPE.

6. CTRL+T and right click on it and then select the prespective.

7. Now click on the right top conner point and drag on the left.

8. Now we need to duplicate the text layer, Keep Pressing the ALT and down arrow 30 times to create 30 duplicate layer, on this tutorial i have use 45 duplicate layer.

9. selet the 3dcopy 35 to 3dcopy and go to menu>layer>Merge layer.

10. Now keep the 3dcopy layer below 3d as show in the image.

11.Select the 3D layer and Select Layer>Layer Style>Gradient Overlay.

12.Select 3dcopy layer and follow the same step as step 11 and change the gradient color and apply shadow to it.

Here is the final out come of our tutoria, you can add image on it too.
