Before we begin, let’s take a look at the image we’re creating.

Step 1

First of all create a new square document and fill it with black. Reset your background and foregrounds colors by pressing D. Go to Filter > Render > Lens Flare. Use the settings in the image below.

Step 2

Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl and set a big angle.

Step 3

Go to Filter > Sketch > Chrome and use these settings.

Step 4

Now we will add color to our image. Press Ctrl-U to open the Hue/Saturation box, adjust its color as you like.

Step 5

We will make its color more vivid. Press Ctrl-J to duplicate the current layer and change its blending mode to Screen.

Press Ctrl-E to merge down this layer

Step 6

Go to Filter > Distort > Twirl and use the settings in the image (same as step 2).

Step 7

We need a planet image. You can use the image below.

Cut it out and paste on our document, resize it to a smaller size

Step 8

Choose the Background layer and press Ctrl-J to duplicate it. Go to Edit > Transform > Perspective and scale it down.

(Leave this mode by selecting Move Tool and click Apply when the dialog box appears)

Step 9

With the Move Tool selected, click on the Show Transform Controls checkbox to turn it on. Rotate the image a bit.

Leave this mode, hide the Background layer by clicking on the Eye icon near it. Your image will look like this.

Step 10

Move Layer 2 (the Earth layer) under Background copy layer.

Step 11

Change the Blending Mode of the Background copy Layer to Screen and move the Earth to the center.

Step 12

Create a new layer (Layer 3) under Layer 2 and fill it with black.

Now we have a broader outer space!

Step 13

Make a selection on the planet. The easiest way to do it is press Ctrl and left click on Layer 2

Select the Elliptical Marquee Tool and set a big feather with Subtract from Selection option and make a big selection area to exclude it out.

Press Delete to clear it. Here is our image after this step.

Now the main idea is finished. Next we will decorate the image with a starry sky!

Step 14

Select the Brush Tool and set a Brush size of 3 pixels.

Select the Brushes on the right toolbar and click on Scattering  checkbox, use the settings below.

Now create a new layer and draw as you like. We will have a nice background soon!

Step 15

Double click on the current layer to open up the Layer Style box, we just need to use Outer Glow effect.

That’s it! This tutorial produces a stunning effect when coupled with a starry background. However the best thing is that it shows a few things we can do with Filters – and in my opinion one of the best features in Photoshop!

Today on this tutorials we will learn how to create a cool planet in photoshop

1.Lets start by opening a new document 600×600 and fill the background with Dark Blue color.

2.Now lets add some star, go to Filter>Noise>Add Noise and set the setting as show in the image below.

3.Now Create a duplicate a copy and change the layer mode to overlay, now lets combine the two layer by Pressing Ctrl+E.

4. Repeat the step 3

5. Now Create a new layer and using the Elliptical Marquee Tool lets draw a circle

6. Now You need to decide what color you want your planet to be, for this tutorial i am using #244c04(dark green) as my foreground and #8e9c82 as my background.

7. Now lets apply cloud effect. Go to Filter>Render>clouds.

8. Now we want to bring out some of the color so what we are going to do is Go to Filter>sharpen>unsharp mask and change the setting Amount to 500-Radius to-38.1 and Threshold to 0.

9. Now what we are going to do deselect(ctrl+d) and then copy the layer and then go to Edit>Transform>Rotate 90 cw and change the layer mode to overlay.

10. Now we can join this two layer pressing Ctrl+E, now we need to give some depth looks, holding your Ctrl click on the layer to select as show below.

11.Go to Filter>Distort>Spherize and set the ammount to 100%.

12.Repeat the step 11 but this time set the ammount to 50%.

13. Now lets add lightning effect,Lets go to Filter>Render>Lightning Effect and adjust it as shown below.

14. Now lets add some glow to give a cool look. Double click on the layer 1 and select Outer Glow and set the size to 35 and opacity to 50% now select inner glow and set the size to 43 and opacity to 39 and press ok.

1.Tutorial on how to make old to young, earlier we have done aging a young face. Now what we nneed to do is select a image you want to work out.

6.Click on the all the wrinkle part of the image(dont try to drag the brush) untill you clear up all the wrinkle. see the example image below.

7.After removing all the wrinkle we have younger looks,to look more cools lets add some more.

8.Select the blur tool from the tool box and set the Brush size to 20 or you can adjust your own brush size as your requirement, set the mode to normal and strenght to 12% and apply on the face part.

9.Now create a new layer then select the brush tool with black foreground brush over the hair.

10.Change the layer mode to overlay.

3. Type “Game zone” in the document space (First, be sure that the background is white, you can use the fill tool for this. And I’ve decided to go with all caps to start out with, since all caps is generally deemed more serious).

Creating dew drops using Blending Modes” & “Blending Options”

Step 1 Lets create a new document of any size. Also make sure that you make the document “Transparent”. after creating the new document the first step is to change the layer’s “Blending Option” to “Screen”.

Step 2 Next you are going to click on the “Layer Style” icon to add more styles to the water drop. Here are the styles that we will used along with the settings.

In the layers palette, double click on one of the styles that you just added to the layer. Then when the dialog box pops up, you’ll see the option for “New Style”. Click it, name the style and hit ok. The “Water” style that you just created will now appear in the styles tab.

Step 3 After creating the style, it’s time to apply that style to the image. Choose an image that you want to apply the style to. select the elliptical marquee tool from the tool box option, while pressing the “SHIFT” from the keyboard draw few circle. Now select the paint bucket tool and fill the selected area “remember its you select the black color”. To Apply the dew drop looks lets add some effect.

1.Go to FILTER-DISTORT-POLAR COORDINATE.

2.SELECT THE OPTION RECTANGULAR TO POLAR. click ok

Step 1 Open a new document with a predesigned spotlight or draw one yourself like I did;

Step 2 With the pen-tool, draw a shape like the light I drew in the image below;

Step 3 Rightclick and select “Make Selection”;

Step 4 Grab the Gradient-Tool and select a gradient from white to transparent;

Step 5 Duplicate the layer and go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian Blur of 3 or 4 pixels;

Step 6 Lower the opacity of the blurred layer to 66% and the opacity of the orginal to 33%;

Step 7 And then you are done and you can use your knowledge for the benefit of creating a spotlight!

1. Create a new document select your own size for this tutorial i m using 550×600 with black background.

2. Before you start working with it, select some pictures, for this tutorial i m using hitman and a movie poster

3. After creating a new document, let open the picture we select, copy the picture and paste it on your new document.

4. Now resize the picture you just paste, to fit on your new document

5. Then using the pen tool or rubber from the tool box option remove the unwanted part of the picture

6. Select the Type tool from your tool box and type the word “encounter” select your font style. i am using Defuse font style “you can download the font here”

7. Final step, we need to add some more text line just like the movie poster. For that we need to use a different font style and add some more extra line.

Now we have a combined photo with some text.

1.Open a new Document 500×500

2.Select Gradient tool and style to Foreground to background now apply the Gradient.

3.Now go to Filter>Render>Different Clouds

4. To Create the Lightning we actually want the black portion to be white so what we need to do is Go to Image>Adjustment>Invert OR press Ctrl+i

5.After we invert the the previous layer we have the lighting in white,but its not what we want, so what we are going to do is go to Image>Adjustment>level and adjust the Inputs levels to 172-0.27-255 respectively

6. To add some more lightning effect in different direction lets create a new layer and apply the same method but this time apply the gradient from the top left corner

7.Now we have two lightning effect, but at the moment we can only view the new layer effect so what we need to do is change the layer mode to screen.

8.If you want to add some color like blue lightning or green lighting, our first step is to join the two layer into one single layer for that PRESS Ctrl+E

9.Now to give a color lightning effect, Go to Layer>New Adjustment layer>Hue/saturation and select the “use previous layer to create clipping mask” and then we make sure that we also select the colorize option

10. For this tutorial i Set the Hue setting to 236 Saturation to 25 and lightness to 0. You can use your own setting.

02. Duplicate the portrait layer and desaturate

03. Apply a curve (input 106, output 126) to the B&W portrait layer because we won’t make are image to dark.
Because our world map is a little too dark and dull we’ll do the following :

04. Apply to the world map a curve (input 83, output 141)

05. After that increase saturation (master +45)

06. The land masses look good, but the water is still too dark. Therefor I used the ‘replace color’ (image > adjustments > replace color) Sample the water with a fussiness of 200 and then set hue to 0, saturation +58 and lightness +45. Now the water should have the desired color and intensity.

07. Duplicate the world map layer

08. Use again the replace color tool but now on the copied world map layer. Sample the water with fussiness set to 200 and increase lightness to +100. In that way the water will turn white. This will give us the opportunity to vary the intensity of the landmasses and the water separately.

09. Set blending mode of the ‘wold map blue’ layer to linear burn with opacity 72%

10. Set blending mode of the ‘wold map white’ layer to color burn with opacity 14%

11. Our image is still a little to dark, therefore I used the a curve to correct this (39,53 // 92,133 // 180,192)

Skipping the step 2 will give you this result

1) Open a new Channel Mixer adjustment layer then click to check the box that says Monochrome to make the picture black and white.

2) So by now we have done with the color to black and white picture tutotial in just two step, to add more effct on this picture lets change a part of the picture to color again

3) Click the add vector mask button from the layer channel window (bottom)

4) Activate the original file picture by clicking on the eye again.

5) Click on the Brush Tool (make sure the colors you are working with are black and white).

6) Make sure that you select the duplicate layer

5) Using the color black, carefully brush over the parts of the picture that you want to be in color, (you may need to adjust brush sizes according to the picture).
