Preparation select a black an white picture

1. Open your black and white picture and unlock the layer

2. Create a new layer

3. Select pen tools from the tool box option and select the skin area, now right click on the selected area and select the make selection

4. Take tan “#c38039″ as a foreground color.

5. Select the paint bucket tool from the tool box option and fill the selected area

6. Change your layer option to color and opacity to 62%
