Creating a beautiful romantic painting

1. Create a new transparent document size 600×600

2.Choose your foreground and background color, foreground color to #5fa6f6 and background color to #083a73.

3.Using your paint bucket tool set the background of the new documet to #5fa6f6.

4.Now lets apply cloud effect, from the menu bar Filter>Render>Clouds

5.Press Ctrl+f 9 times for more cloud effect.

6.Now create a new layer.

7.Select brush tool from the tool box option and select the brush style grass, select the foreground color black and start applying.

9. NOW create a new layer

10.Select brush tool from the tool box option and select the brush style flower, change the foreground color to white and start applying.

11.Create a new layer.

12.Select brush tool from the tool box option and select the brush style dance, change the foreground color to black and start applying.

13. And we are done
