Glassy button and banner

1. Create new file. Use “rounded rectangle tool”

2. Hold ctrl click on the layer 1 Select => Modify => Contract => 4px

3. Now create a new layer and fill the selected part

4. Select “elliptical marquee tool”, make a selection and delete

5. Select the layer style to Gradient Overlay, Layer => Layer Style => Gradient Overlay

6.Select layer 1 and use the following layer mode
