How to create an elegant logo

1. Create a new document

2. Select the Text Tool on the left menu.

3. Type “Game zone” in the document space (First, be sure that the background is white, you can use the fill tool for this. And I’ve decided to go with all caps to start out with, since all caps is generally deemed more serious).

4. Once you come across a font that looks like it could work, you should Duplicate the layer in the Layers Window to the right, and then hide the previous layer.

5. Now lets add symbol, Sometimes logos work well with only the use of fonts, but most times adding in a relevant symbol of some sort will really make a logo stand out.

6. On this tutorial i am using a picture related to game.

7. Using your pen tool select the part of the picture you want to use, copy and paste it. place the picture as your requirement.

8. Now lets add some effect on the text we have type earlier, for that we have to convert the text to layer.

9. Right click on the text(layer channel) and select Rasterize type.

10. Double click on it, to add some layer style. Add some shadow and Bevel and Emboss. click ok.

11. Now type a nice and short slogan for the logo. Make sure you use the same font color.

12. Here is the final logo
