1. open the image you want to work.

2. Duplicate the original layer

3. change the layer blend mode of the new layer to screen

4. on this step lets add a layer mask and fill it with black(see the image)

5. choose gray color or white and start brushing on the layer mask until the eyes become light

6. merge the layers into a new layer by pressing ctrl+shift+alt+e

7.lets convert this merge layer into black and white adjusting the channel mixer adjustment

8. set the blending mode of the channel mixer to multiply

9. selcet the merged layer and adjust the image shadow/highlight

10. Merged the again layer by pressing ctrl+shift+alt+e

11. Now lets select the dodge tool and start dodging the black portion of the eye

12. Merged this layer again

13. now apply high pass on this merged layer and set the effect radius about 90% or 80% filter>other>high pass

14. chanage the blend mode of this merged layer to soft light to add some contrast

15. finally merged this layer and adjust the color.
