Submission Guidelines
The Submission Guidelines for any Photoshop TUTORIAL on Photoshop Tutorials Free are:
* Only Tutorials and walkthroughs with explanations of the steps are accepted.
* We do not accept psd files.
* It has to be a Photoshop tutorial, of course. ImageReady tutorials are welcome as well since those two used to come in a package – from version CS (or CS2?) onward, Image Ready has been integrated into Photoshop itself. Tutorials dealing with Photoshop Elements, however, won’t be accepted!
* It has to be written in English, preferrably using the English commands for short-cuts, filters, tools etc. (Tables translating those commands into different languages are welcome as submissions.)
* It must be written in a manner, so that everyone should be able to follow the steps. Images to illustrate your way of doing whatever you are teaching are obligatory.
* Your Tutorial must be original – i.e. it should be something we don’t yet have in our gallery or go about achiving the same effect differently.
* No copyrighted material can be used, that includes celebrity pictures, movie screenshots and so-called “Renders”.
* Submissions using other people’s stock without the proper credit cannot be accepted!* A summary of what you’re trying to teach
* Do you need to know anything before starting on it (i.e. would you need a specific technique, that you haven’t explained in depth? If so, link to a tutorial in our gallery for example)
* Did you use stock images? If so, link them up or at the very least give proper credit!
* Is it a Beginner’s tutorial? Is it a Guide or a Walkthrough? It would be cool if you could give some indication of what people may expect.
* Have you or has someone else written a tutorial that would be cool to read afterwards? Link it up, Scotty!
NOTICE:
